Damian Jones and Road Warriors speak to the LGO Teen Leadership Program
Golden State Warriors center Damian Jones and the Road Warriors visited the LGO Teen Leadership Program to hang out with our students discussed different topics, touched on motivation, staying inspired to be the best version you can be, wheelchair basketball, winning NBA and NWBA Championships for the Warriors organization and staying positive through adversity. Looking forward to the next time we meet and best of luck to the Warriors in the NBA finals!

LGO Teen Leadership Program visits Salesforce in San Francisco
The LGO Teen Leadership Program were invited to visit the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, the highest point in the West Coast and learn about the company. We were hosted by Brenda Martinez who led our students to the Ohana Floor where we learned about Salesforce, their products, career paths and company culture. Our teen leaders heard from a group of employees in different sectors of the company as they shared motivating stories of how they defined their futures. Afterward the students got to network over pizza on a more personal level with career panelists and volunteers as they stood atop the world. Thank you to Brenda and the entire team at Salesforce for giving our students an inspiring experience they will never forget.
LGO Teen Leadership Program Graduation this Thursday!
We will be holding the 2019 Spring Teen Leadership Program Graduation this Thursday May 30th at 6:15pm-8:15pm at the San Leandro Boys & Girls Club at 401 Marina Blvd. in San Leandro. Please stop by and celebrate the achievements of our class and the completion of a journey for our teen leaders. Family is more than welcome to attend.
