OAKLAND PROMISE AWARDS 400 STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIPS TO COLLEGE!

We were invited to attend the East Bay College Fund and Oakland Promise Awards Night by Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf. 400 Oakland students recieved Oakland Promise scholarships to go to college! Dr. Victor Rios was the keynote speaker at an amazing, well produced event at the Scottish Rite Center.
